Scanning
Our comprehensive data scanning services include image editing, color correction and proofing. Our imaging services include scanning of books and high volume documents. The electronic images produced are saved in a variety of output formats viz. TIFF, PDF, JPEG, GIF and BMP in color, black & white or gray scale formats. Then normal PDF or image plus text PDF documents are produced with full text searching as per your requirement. Presently we are doing scanning work of ID Card in Indian Railway and nationalized banks like State Co-operative Bank, SBT, Union Bank, IOB etc.
Capture of photograph and finger prints
BPL Card holder’s photographs are taken and stored in the database. Capture of photographs are taken by family head and family group. Photographs offer positive identification that can be viewed on the monitor and printed on the smart card. BPL Card holder’s finger prints are scanned and stored in the database. We will check the finger print quality, cleanliness and dryness of finger. Two fingers of each member in the family are taken.
Digitization
SPARK is a web based application which can process both service and payroll related activities and generate requisite reports. Registering the service book of the employee and allotting Permanent Employee Number (PEN). Thereafter PEN will be the important code to identify the employee in the SPARK database. Capturing of the whole service history in the service book and the details of Loans, Advances and other subscriptions like LIC, SLI, GIS, FBS etc. Processing establishment salary and generation of salary bills and schedules.

Biometric Enrollment
The scope of work involved in the National Population Register is Bulk Data Capture, Biometric Data Entry and Printing of Local Register of usual residents. In Biometric data entry enrollment of photographs, 10 finger prints and Iris of both eye shall be carried out for all usual residents of age above 5 years old. Biometric enrollment conducted through a camp approach. Any correction required on the data base during the biometric capture shall be carried. Required hardware for biometric data entry used are Laptops, Cameras, Fingerprint devices, Iris Camera, Keyboard and mouse etc.

Backup
We consider secondary back up of data as the Back Bone to the entire process. DVDs and external drives are being used for secondary back up. Recorded DVDs are stored in a separate, fireproof and secured physical location.
Power backup
Two 20 KVA UPS are used for standby power backup of four hours. In addition to that 2 KVA UPS is used for server.
